Charles Darwin was an Epic “Slacker”… and maybe you should be too

This confirms what I’ve know for some time, our culture of overwork is just plain lazy…

Charles Darwin was a “slacker”  who worked only 4 hours a day and regularly napped. Darwin did some Epic Shit in his life… he made a difference.

All that “life hacking”, “how to sleep for 3 hours a night”, “speed reading a book a day” and “Japanese in 30 minutes a day”… it doesn’t work.

As author Michael Lewis puts it, people waste years trying not to waste hours

Perhaps 50 hour work weeks aren’t the answer after all.

So, as the original Chuck D says…adapt or die.

Time to step off the merry-go-round of busyness. Engage in Deep Work.
