Should you wear the same thing every day? Mark Zuckerberg does

Should you wear the same thing every day?

Mark Zuckerberg does. David Attenborough does. There’s a growing number of people out there who are auotmating their lives, taking the decision fatigue out of what to wear.

Can wearing the same thing radically impact your productivity?

I found this works :
  • Focus on small habits that impact bigger ones.
Good habits are key to a happy life.
Decision Fatigue wears us down. The more decisions, the more fatigue.. That's why good habits help us automate much of our behavior and decisions, leaving energy on the table to do the shit that matters.
Be aware of the distractions and negative habits that compromise our productivity:
  • Statistica research shows that 47% of UK adults use social media every day
I think those figures are rather low! My point is that we all have enough time to waste on bad habits. Pictures of cats on Facebook again. But, are we also prepared to invest as much time in good habits?
Practise "not giving a fuck” or in couched in more polite society terms, embracing the declutter and living a more minimalist life on your own terms.
I can't overstress the importance of getting your habits right, even if they appear small and unimportant.

My post was inspired by this article.
